The first volume of our series “Polonica Philosophica Orientalia”

Dear Colleagues,
 
The first volume of our series “Polonica Philosophica Orientalia” has been published by Sub Lupa (Warsaw) as a printed book and an e-book.
 
Sigismundus Lauxmin delivered the lecture “De iure et iustitia” at the newly founded Department of Law at the University of Vilnius in the academic year 1647/1648. A team of Polish and Lithuanian scholars has transcribed the source from the manuscript, commented on it and partly translated it into Polish.
 
The book will be presented by prof. Piotr Niczyporuk and the undersigned, together with Weronika Sygowska-Pietrzyk and Paweł Pietrzyk (Sub Lupa), on
