Many of the texts used in classes at the Institute of Philosophy at UJ are available in digital form and can be found on the Jagiellonian Digital Library website.
Due to copyright restrictions, viewing and downloading most of these texts is only possible from computers located in the Jagiellonian Library and the reading and lending rooms of the Library of the Institute of Philosophy of the Jagiellonian University. Books protected by "copyright" cannot be downloaded, only browsed (where access is given).

A detailed list of databases purchased by the Jagiellonian Library can be found at: Online Databases (uj.edu.pl). The purchased databases can be accessed from any computer belonging to the Jagiellonian University network without logging in, directly from the UJ Library Catalog. You can select and explore the resources of specific databases using their lists (subject-disciplinary and alphabetical), but you can also directly search for journals and books available in these databases by, for example, entering the title of a particular journal in the UJ Library Catalog. The staff members and students of the Jagiellonian University have also remote access to the subscribed collections from home computers using their full university mail address and password established to that mail account to log into the HAN system after selecting the appropriate database link.
From any computer belonging to the Jagiellonian University network there is access to the IBUK Libra service (selected publications). Employees, doctoral students and students have the possibility to access from outside the university network, after logging in at the following link: http://hps.bj.uj.edu.pl/han/ibuk-libra/ providing their address and password for university mail.
