Władysław Bednarowski Trust Visiting Fellowships

The W. Bednarowski Trust proposes to offer again in 2019-2020 three or more Visiting Fellowships, to enable philosophers in the Institute of Philosophy of the Jagiellonian University, Krakow, or other Polish universities, to visit the Department of Philosophy in the University of Aberdeen, or another Scottish university, during the academic year or possibly a combination of a visit to two places (mid-September 2019 – mid-June 2020).

Conference "Evidence in Law and Ethics"

The Institute of Philosophy, the Department of Legal Theory, the Centre for Law, Language and Philosophy, and the Interdisciplinary Centre for Ethics at the Jagiellonian University welcome submissions for the workshop on “Evidence in Law and Ethics” to be held on 4-5th April 2019 in Kraków (Poland). In addition to the keynote speakers, there will be space for a number of scholars who will be chosen to present their work at the Workshop. The choice will be made by means of a blind selection process.
